Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your personal data and account from Echo at any time.

When you request deletion, all of your data is permanently removed, including:

  • Your account and profile
  • Your listening history
  • Your playlists and favourites
  • Everything else associated with your account

To request deletion, send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your account:

We will process your request and delete your data within one month of receiving it.
