Last updated: 6 May 2026
Effective date: 6 May 2026
Welcome to Echo.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Echo music streaming application, website, services, features, and related content. By creating an account, accessing, or using Echo, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Echo.
1. About Echo
Echo is a music streaming platform that allows users to discover, stream, organise, and listen to music and related audio content.
Echo is operated by Echo Music Global Ltd. In Tajikistan, Echo is represented by LLC Ajoibot.
In these Terms, "Echo", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Echo Music Global Ltd and, where applicable, LLC Ajoibot.
These Terms apply to consumers and listeners using Echo. Artists, labels, distributors, and other content partners may be subject to separate terms and agreements.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To use Echo, you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, whichever is higher.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may only use Echo with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. By using Echo, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to Echo if we believe that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Your Account
To use certain features of Echo, you may need to create an account.
Echo may allow account registration through: Google login; Apple login; phone number registration; or other methods introduced in the future.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must not share your account details with others, sell your account, transfer your account, or allow unauthorised access to your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact us immediately at help@echo.tj.
4. Free Access Period
Echo may initially provide access to the service for free.
This free access period may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended at any time. Echo may introduce paid subscriptions, premium features, paid plans, or other paid services in the future.
We will provide relevant information about pricing and payment before charging users for any paid subscription.
5. Paid Subscriptions
Echo may introduce paid subscription plans in the future.
Planned subscription options may include:
- Individual Plan: 9.99 per billing period
- Family Plan: 29.99 per billing period for up to four users
The final price, currency, billing period, available plans, and payment terms will be shown in the app or at checkout before purchase.
Echo may change its subscription plans, prices, features, or billing structure from time to time. If required by applicable law, we will notify users before material changes take effect.
6. Payments
Payments for Echo subscriptions will initially be accepted by bank card only.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If payment fails, Echo may suspend or limit your access to paid features until payment is completed.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Unless required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable. This means that if you cancel your subscription during an active billing period, you will not receive a refund for the unused part of that period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated in the app.
8. Offline Listening
Echo may allow users to download or temporarily store music for offline listening.
Offline listening does not give you ownership of any music or content. It only gives you a limited, temporary right to listen to content through the Echo app.
When paid plans are introduced, users who use offline listening may be required to connect to the internet at least once every 30 days so Echo can verify subscription status and content access rights.
If we cannot verify your subscription or access rights, offline content may become unavailable.
9. Family Plan and Account Sharing
Individual subscriptions are for personal use only and must not be shared with other people.
Account sharing is prohibited unless it is expressly allowed under a specific Echo plan, such as a family plan.
The family plan may allow up to four users, subject to the rules shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Echo may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse, resell, share, or misuse subscription access.
10. Playlists and User Content
Echo may allow users to create playlists, name playlists, organise music, and use other personalisation features.
You are responsible for any playlist names or other content you create on Echo.
You must not create or share playlist names or other user content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, harmful, or infringing the rights of others.
Echo may remove, edit, restrict, or disable any playlist name or user content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person.
11. Artist Donations and Tips
Echo may introduce features that allow users to donate, tip, or financially support artists.
Such features may not be available immediately and may be introduced later.
If artist donations or tips are introduced, they may be subject to additional terms, payment processing fees, minimum amounts, taxes, refund rules, and availability restrictions.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of payment, donations and tips may be non-refundable.
12. Licence to Use Echo
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Echo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Echo service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This licence does not give you ownership of Echo, the music, recordings, artwork, software, trademarks, or any other content available through the service.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Echo, our licensors, artists, labels, distributors, and other rights holders.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through Echo, including music, sound recordings, lyrics, artwork, logos, software, design, text, graphics, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, rent, publicly perform, publicly display, record, download outside permitted app features, rip, extract, or commercially exploit any content from Echo unless expressly authorised by Echo or the relevant rights holder.
Using Echo does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Echo in any way that violates the law, infringes intellectual property rights, or harms Echo, artists, rights holders, or other users.
You must not:
- copy, record, rip, extract, reproduce, distribute, or resell music from Echo;

- share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account;
- use bots, scripts, scraping tools, fake accounts, or automated systems;

- upload or create unlawful, abusive, misleading, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content;
- use Echo for commercial purposes without permission; or
- use Echo in any way that may damage the reputation, security, operation, or rights of Echo or others.
15. Content Removal
Echo may remove, restrict, suspend, or disable access to any song, album, artist profile, playlist, artwork, or other content at any time.
This may happen due to copyright concerns, legal claims, licensing issues, complaints, platform rules, technical issues, business reasons, or decisions by artists, labels, distributors, or rights holders.
Echo does not guarantee that any specific content will always remain available.
16. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that Echo will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Echo may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, network issues, security reasons, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Echo at any time.
17. Privacy
Your use of Echo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy will explain how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. Once available, the Privacy Policy will be linked in the Echo app and on the Echo website.
By using Echo, you agree that your personal data may be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
18. Third-Party Services

Echo is not responsible for the terms, policies, actions, errors, or failures of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Echo if we believe that you have violated these Terms, violated the law, misused the service, infringed rights, created risk for Echo, or harmed other users, artists, or rights holders.
You may stop using Echo at any time.
Termination of your account does not give you a right to a refund unless required by applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
Echo may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or other reasonable method.
Your continued use of Echo after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using Echo.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Echo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by service interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
22. No Warranty
Echo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that Echo will meet your expectations, be available at all times, be free from errors, or that all content will remain available.
We do not guarantee that the service will be compatible with all devices, networks, or operating systems.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, unless mandatory laws in your country provide otherwise.
